The brief

Grupo RYS, a traditional car accessories supplier, sought to transition to a full online e-commerce model to enhance their market reach and streamline operations.

The objective was to develop a modern, user-friendly e-commerce platform that would allow customers to easily find and order products, contact distributors across Mexico, and simplify the ordering process for suppliers.

The Solution

Cakao Studio collaborated with Grupo Rys to completely rebrand their online presence.

We developed a comprehensive e-commerce website where customers can effortlessly browse and purchase products. The site features a distributor contact section, enabling easy communication with distributors throughout Mexico.

Additionally, we created a dedicated supplier section with a simple login process, facilitating bulk orders with ease. To further enhance the customer experience, we integrated an AI chatbot that recommends products, assists with inquiries, and simplifies the checkout process, thereby reducing the company's customer service workload and improving client satisfaction.
